I have three rooms available for rent. Two different locations. All rooms have own private bath. Both locations are off Magnolia. Rent price varies by room. Both places have rooms starting at $700 plus $35 for cable and internet which is mandatory. Have another room in one of the places that is just huge with fire place, jacuzzi, and huge shower. Yes remodeled so when you see the place you'll be thinking you've gone to the wrong place. If you come for a visit don't let the words. "This is to good to be true. I must be at the wrong place." Prevent you from knocking on the door. That has happened. I did it myself. Well I'm not the landlord. Just trying to help rent out the other room. Drop a message and we can talk.
